تبحث هذه المقالةُ مفهومَ الوجدان الأخلاقي وأدلّة إثباته وتطبيقاته بحسب رؤية الأستاذ الجعفري. قسّم الباحث نصّه – بعد عرض إشكاليّته – إلى أقسام. عرض في القسم الأوّل ماهية الأخلاق وعلاقتها بالوجدان، وفي العنوان الثاني النطاق المفهومي لمواضيع الوجدان وحصره بالوجدان بمعنى الوعي والوجدان الاجتماعي. أمّا القسم الثالث، فخصّصه لمعالجة مفهوم الوجدان الأخلاقي عبر التاريخ بدءًا من النصوص التاريخيّة القديمة حتى الفلاسفة الغربيّين مرورًا بمصادر الإسلام. وأفرد القسم الأكبر للردّ على الأسئلة والإيرادات المتعلّقة بالوجدان الأخلاقي، وتطبيقات الوجدان الأخلاقي من الناحية الشخصيّة والمجتمعيّة، ثمّ عرض النقوض الواردة على آراء العلامة في الوجدان الأخلاقي، والتحقيق فيها.

This paper examines the concept of ethical conscience and the evidence for its validation and its applications as envisioned by al-‘Allāmah al-Ja‘farī. After outlining the problem, the authors divide their paper into distinct sections. In the first section, they examine the whatness of ethics and its relationship to conscience. In the second section, they explore the conceptual scope of the topics of conscience, limiting this scope to conscience in its cognitive and social sense.

The third section is devoted to addressing the concept of ethical conscience throughout history, starting with ancient historical texts, and then examining Western philosophers’s thought and the Islamic sources. The largest section focuses on addressing questions and findings related to ethical conscience and its applications on personal and societal levels. Finally, the authors present and critically examine the counterarguments to the scholar’s ​​views.
